(IRVD) is a non -governmental organization established by a group of volunteers in Syria during the crisis in 2012
It was registered in the USA, Sweden, and turkey; IRVD is implementing projects through regional offices in Syria, Turkey, Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan, Iraq, Palestine, and Somalia.

Our primary task is to ensure the provision and access of cross-sectoral humanitarian support in a manner that is accountable and transparent to everyone within our areas of operation, and access to essential resources and human rights while enabling citizens to play an active role in civilian participation.
